| The
person who signs the booking form is responsible for all payments in
respect of the booking. Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of
a deposit of £200. This amount should be sent within 5 days of the
initial telephone booking or your option will be automatically
released. The balance is payable no later than 10 weeks prior to the
commencement of rental. Should payment not arrive by this time, I
reserve the right to cancel the booking and you may be liable to pay
cancellation charges as set out on the scale below. Full payment,
including rental charges, security deposit and any supplementary
facilities as requested overleaf, is required for bookings made within
10 weeks of rental commencement.
Whenever possible, any change should be advised to us without delay.
Should circumstances beyond my control require the booking to be
cancelled by us, I will where possible, offer you an alternative
property. Should this prove to be unacceptable, write to me straight
away. Once your instructions have been received in writing, a full
refund of all moneys paid for the rental will be made.

At
the time of full and final payment, a security deposit is also
required. This is conditionally refundable within 30 days of your
return to the U.K. or your country of residence. All or part of the
security deposit may be retained to cover excess cleaning costs,
replacement or repairs to the property or any of its contents, the
pool, patio or grounds, any long distance telephone calls etc, made
during your stay. It may also be retained should the key to the
property not be safely returned to me.
If
after you have confirmed your booking you decide to alter your arrival
and/or departure dates I will do my utmost to make the requested
change provided I am informed at least 10 weeks prior to rental
commencement. Some alterations may incur an administration fee of £30
per booking and if made within 10 weeks of rental, may be treated as
cancellation and charges made accordingly. A request for a change in
property will not be classified as an amendment and will be treated as
a cancellation and charges made accordingly.
British citizens traveling on the visa waiver scheme and staying for
less than 90 days, should hold a full British passport which is valid
for at least 90 days following their entry to the U.S.
All other nationalities should contact the U.S. Embassy for further
information. For yours and their own safety, children must at all
times be supervised by parents when using pool facilities. Please note
that under no circumstances will any animals be allowed into the home.

My
management company ensures that the property is well cared for in my
absence. They are also on hand should you require any assistance
during your stay at the house. Their name and telephone number will be
sent to you prior to your holiday and should you experience any
problems, just give them a call.
 I sincerely hope you don't have any
!........... but in the unlikely event that you wish to register a
complaint during your holiday, contact the property management company
immediately and follow this up with a letter. Give a copy to them and
send me a copy on your return. Unfortunately I am not always able to
control the components of your rented accommodation and it possible
that an advertised facility may be withdrawn or changed due to
circumstances beyond my control and for which I cannot accept
liability.
Neither I, nor my management company, can be liable for any loss,
damage or injury arising in connection with your stay in the rental
home caused by matters outside of any reasonable control, including
acts of God, war, civil disturbances, strikes or other industrial
action, acts of government, or any event beyond my control.
