VILLA FRONTAGE

The villa is a four bedroom and two bathroom it is furnished to the highest standards. Built brand new March 98, it is owned solely by ourselves. It can sleep up to 10. It has full air conditioning with its own 9 metre south facing screened swimming pool, facing a wooded conservation area at the rear. The pool can be heated for an additional cost if requested.

THE LIVING ROOM.

Beautifully furnished with a number of silk plants, a large coffee table a 27 " TV and a VCR, Ceiling fans to help keep you cool, there is also a fold down Double Sofa Bed. Click on the thumbnails for a better view.

THE KITCHEN.

The spacious Kitchen is very well equipped with large electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, it also has a circular table and chairs, and an abundance of cupboard space.

THE DINING AREA.

Consists of large rectangular ornate table and six high back chairs and beautifully decorated overlooking the front garden.

THE MASTER BEDROOM.

Is ensuite and very spacious, there is a TV and telephone (local calls are free), the bed is a Queen size, there are sliding doors leading onto the covered patio area at the side of the pool.

THE MASTER BATHROOM.

It adjoins the master bedroom there is corner bath and a his and hers sink also a 20 square feet shower area to the rear of the bathroom is a toilet, attached is a walk in closet.

	BEDROOM TWO. This bedroom has a large double bed with a whicker theme to the decor, also it has built in wardrobes and set of drawers with a bedside lamp.
	BEDROOM THREE. This room is twin bedded, traditional Floridian theme.
	BEDROOM FOUR. This room is also twin bedded, it has a Disney theme to the decor built in wardrobe dressing table bedside lamps and mirror.
	POOL COVERED PATIO AND DECK AREA.
	To the rear of the villa is a large 28ft screened swimming pool that is south facing for all day sunshine, this also helps to keeps up the temperature in the water. The pool can be heated if required also it overlooks a conservation area at the rear for privacy, here you sometimes see the local bird life. Around the pool is a large deck area for the sun worshipers to lounge by the pool. For those who like to keep out of the sun is a covered patio with table and chairs ideal for outdoor meals . Underwater lighting is also installed to enable late night skinny-dipping , if desired.......
